Refund policy

1. Exchanges

We offer easy exchanges to ensure the right fit and experience.

  • Exchanges are available for size issues (one-time per order)
  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will assist you promptly

We do not offer refunds. In case of approved issues, store credit will be provided where applicable.


2. Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Request must be raised within 5 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags must be intact

Thuni Mani reserves the right to decline requests that do not meet these conditions.

Non-exchangeable items:

  • Customized products
  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards

3. How to Request an Exchange

Exchanges can be requested directly through our exchange portal.

If you need assistance, you can also reach us at support@thunimani.com with:

  • Order number
  • Reason for exchange
  • (For damaged items) clear photos of the product and packaging

Once approved:

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged where possible
  • Replacement will be processed after the item passes quality check

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange a replacement or store credit at no additional cost
  • Reverse pickup will be coordinated by our team

5. Shipping for Exchanges

  • For size exchanges, shipping charges may apply
  • For damaged or incorrect items, all shipping costs will be covered by us

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
